industry leading wages
CCG pays industry leading wages to our home care workers and CCG Nursing Academy graduates are given preference in our hiring process.
Successful graduates who are offered employment with CCG may be eligible for a partial tuition reimbursement or bonus upon reaching certain employment milestones.
We have invested heavily to recruit highly capable and well-connected nurse aide instructors. Each instructor is committed to providing a robust educational experience to our students.
We provide students exposure, through our clinical relationship with Westminster Canterbury of the Blue Ridge, to one of the area’s premier Continuing Care Retirement Communities.
We offer an online application and web-based admissions process to reduce the time needed, travel burden and cost of matriculation into our program.
